Spring is coming!
My first winter back in Ohio was a bit rough to be honest. I do appreciate that it wasn't a brutal winter, we were still blessed with days to go outside and not be frozen, but overall, it was cold. Part of my sanity lies in being outdoors, especially with the kids! So being stuck in the house was chaotic and stressful and filled with wayyy too much screen time! But, spring is coming and I AM THRILLED!!! I forgot how much spring teases you here in Cincinnati and I was foolish enough to think the majority of our days would now be warm! HA Nevertheless, I know warmer days are nearer and that gives my heart such relief.
In Texas spring meant bluebonnets and other wildflowers. I know I spent the first 18 years of my life here in Cincinnati, but I forgot that spring in Cincinnati meant the most beautiful tree blooms! Our yard is just blooming away with daffodils, magnolias and so many other yellow blooms! It's all so beautiful and it is EVERYWHERE! And later this week I am hoping to check out the Japanese Blossoms at Ault Park!
Are you a bucket list person? I LOVE making lists. And I need to add more to my spring bucket list!
- Take the kids Spring 2022 photos CHECK
- visit Ault Park
- see the manatees at the Cincinnati Zoo
- start going to homeschooling events
- start a garden!!!!
Anything you love about Cincinnati in the Spring that I should definitely do?
I will be hosting these White Sheet Spring Minis in May and I'm so excited! I look forward to meeting more clients and doing something a little different for a change! Mini sessions are a great option for those looking for some updated photos at a fraction of the price of a full session! My friend and mentor has put together this great post to see if mini sessions are right for you! For now, as I am still finding clients out here, I will keep minis open to everyone, but once I build my clientele these will only be offered to previous clients. The biggest reason for this is that I love doing photography for capturing the connection, and minis are just too short and sweet to really dive into it. I love building a relationship with my clients, and I truly believe you should adore your photographer- not only their style, but the experience and them as a person. So when I say "lets be friends!", I really mean it <3
So let's get together this spring and make some beautiful photos!! For exclusives, join my email list & hey, lets be friends!
