abel + vaneisha: maternity session
Where do I even start with this blog?! This is a special one. I'll start at the beginning. I met Abel and Vaneisha the same day I met my husband, Harrie. They all grew up together and are like a family- a family I get to call my own now. We were just kids when we met, full of adventures and sleepovers and dreams. I watched their love story grow, they watched our love story as well. We don't see each other enough, but they are our people- forever. They also happen to be the first people I photographed- my gateway into this passion of mine. We've been waiting to do another session for years and our last trip out to LA we made it happen. And the timing couldn't have been more special because THEY ARE EXPECTING A SWEET BABY! I love love love them and cannot wait to meet the newest addition to our fam <3
Check out these old photos I found thanks to the days of Facebook albums and digital cameras LOL This was 2010. I had moved out to LA for the summer and they all took me in and made it feel like home. I have never had a summer I adventured harder than this one. It was so FUN. And then there is our wedding celebration- out at Venice Beach. And then my first photo session- for their one year wedding anniversary. And lastly, their beautiful maternity session <3 Now I can't wait to get back out to LA and capture their growing family and get all the baby snuggles in!!! <3
